ADF Free Tier Pipelines in v1?

Question

I have signed up for a free account which allows $200 credit to test various resources. Before signing up I checked the free services available, and saw that Azure Data Factory is an always-free service, allowing 5 low-frequency activities to run per month (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/). After using it for two days, some costs incurred to my subscription assigned to vcore (when checking the cost by resource in subscription).

I use a Data Factory v2 running 1 pipeline that execute 1 data flow (using AutoResolveIntegrationRuntime, as created by ADF).

While checking the pricing of ADF (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/details/data-factory/data-pipeline/), I came across the 5 low-frequency pipelines under version 1 of the factory.

Is the 5 low-frequency pipelines for Azure Data Factory version 1 only? If no, how can a pipeline be executed in V2, without incurring any costs on standard and debug runs?
