For some time now receive message that can't update. Tried to update myself but am told there is a rogue program that I need to delete that prevents upload? I have checked everywhere, I recall deleting the program. MS does not tell me where to find the program, just that I need to remove. What do you suggest?

    Hello,

The possible cause of your concern might be due to mismatched system files, corrupted Windows Update components or misconfigured Windows settings. We recommend that you download and run the Windows Update Troubleshooter and check if the issue persists. Running the troubleshooter will help detecting and identifying the issue and in certain cases will resolve the same to enhance the performance of the system. After the troubleshooter is done, try running Windows Update again and install any available updates.

Let us know how it goes.
