Hi,

We have migrated a bunch of users onto a webmail based license and I need to find a way to add a signature with graphics etc that pulls from one data source in a similar way our other users where it pulls down from a logon script. As each signature will contain different information it cant be just added as part of disclaimer, could I use Power Automate?

thanks,

    Hi@Ben Davies ,
Thanks for getting back to me at your convenience.
I'm afraid that it is not feasible to automatically create signature for each user.

Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.
I’ve tried submitted this feature request in forum. What I can do for you at present is to submit a suggestion for you, and you can also make a suggestion via this link.

Sorry to comment on a closed thread, but there's a couple of methods I'd like to mention. Not Power Automate related, but you've mentioned you're interested in finding about other ways, as well.
First, you could use PowerShell to automatically setup Outlook for web signatures. Next, you could add HTML email signatures to all emails using mail flow rules. Those options may not be perfect, but work. There are also third-party tools which let you manage email signatures painlessly and without those methods' limitations.
