Azure Arc App Service - Get Zipped Container Logs for Web App error

I created an AKS cluster, made it arc enabled, added the app service extension and crated a custom location according to the documentation.
Then I deployed a logicapp standard (wf02) in the custom location. So far so good.
When I try to deploy a containerized workflow via the deployment center
I got the following error. The same setup was working before Nov 2011 so I was wondering whether this is something related to the extension 0.10.0 / 0.11.0

I haven't been able to reproduce the issue as all of the steps detailed in our docs were validated successfully and I could stage the entire configuration working. Here what happens in my lab environment.
- I cannot deploy my workflow using the Azure Portal (deployment center)
- The same workflow image works fine when configured using Azure CLI as described here : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/logic-apps/azure-arc-enabled-logic-apps-create-deploy-workflows?tabs=azure-cli#prerequisites
