Hi

I am not able to download KB5010215 and KB5010196 from microsoft catalog and not able to import to wsus server.

Kindly assist me me to download this.

Please follow the below screenshot to import the required updates into the WSUS:

We have to install the requied component to import the metadata from the Microsoft Update Catalog into the WSUS database. Print the KB number and import into the WSUS database:

Thank you for your question and reaching out.

I can understand you are facing with downloading Windows update from update catalog website.

Please try to download it from different browser as downloading may be blocked in IE or Edge due to policies or pop-up blocker.

Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.

What problem are you having? Is there an error returned? Might try from another pc or different location.
