SCCM Link Failed for replication

Hi, We have CAS setup in sccm and one of the primary site keep stating link is done

CAS to Primary site is OK but from primary to CAS show as down but the n it will be fine after few hours.

I run the Replication Link Analyzer but didnt see anything which could tell me why its failing
I checked the RCMCtrl log and it show ERROR: Failed to BCP in for table

Can someone please give me step by step on how to find out what is causing the issue and how to fix it.

    Maybe it is time to revisit the hierarchy design. Consider removing CAS if possible.
