Why don't you deploy new WSUS server? That doesn't keep any critical info in database and could be redeployed with old IP/FQDN quick soon.
Migration of WSUS from 2012 to 2019 Server
Hi Guys,
As we have shifted all of our Windows Server 2012 R2 to Windows Server 2019 successfully, but we have stuck on WSUS migration. Can any one please help us to migrate our existing WSUS data to new server2019 in a healthier transition way.
Thanks
Regards
Ahmed

The site is currently in the restoring phase, but it still may take a day to restore. After these links will work.
