Hi

So, my ASUS laptop has been running very slow but has improved as I use it for long hours. The only problem now is that I can't access the apps in the laptop because the windows key doesn't open, both when I press the key on the screen and also when I manually click the button on my keyboard. I cannot do a system update because I can't access my settings since they are also part of the apps. Last time I sent documents here, it deleted them and now I have to sync in my data to search because it has kind of restarted. I think the main problem arises when I can't conduct a system update without the settings, but I also cannot access that when the windows app doesn't open. please advise further steps
