Hello All. I apologize in advance for my lack of technical knowledge.
I have an Azure Virtual Machine setup. Windows 10 Multi User Session.
All users can login via remote desktop. One of my software keeps giving me the error.
"Your fonts may not be properly installed. Restart your computer before trying this action again"
I am unable to use my software. Only one of my users shows that the fonts are installed.
All the other users are missing the fonts. I have tried "installing for all users" to no avail.
Everytime I try to install, it tells me that font is already installed. I overwrite and restart the computer but the fonts never show up.
Please, any help at all is appreciated. I am very new to this so please bear with me.

Can you please confirm if this is a regular Azure VM with Win 10 Image OR is this a Azure Virtual Desktop?

I have the same Problem.
It is a Win10 Azure Virtual Desktop
Firstly, apologies for the delay in responding here and any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
This issue needs deeper investigation. Support team will be able to check and help on this. I would recommend you to open a azure support case.
If you don't have the ability to open a technical support ticket, please let me know I can help you further on this.
Cause:
Installation was previously performed without "user mode /install".
Solution:
complete deinstallation of the affected funds.
new installation in install mode
