To clear cached credentials on Windows, you can:
- Press
Win + Rto open the Run dialogue. - Type
control keymgr.dlland press Enter. - In the "Stored User Names and Passwords" window, select the credentials related to Outlook and remove them.

Hi! Since I changed my Outlook password and activated a double encryption on June 25, I have been unable to logon to Outlook on my office computer. Since I was working remote, this was not a big deal, but now I'm back in the office. I tried the troubleshooting suggested on this page but it did not work, I need support please.
