Office has encountered and error during setup

I had an office 2013 installation before, I uninstalled it for a certain reason, I downloaded another Office 2013 Professional Plus with SP1 from my MSDN Subscription, when I try to install it, during the installation, I get a message saying "*Office has encountered an error during setup" ,*When I click on close I receive another dialog saying *"Microsoft setup bootsrap has stopped working"*I tried many solutions I could find on the internet like deleting registry keys and so on, but the problem wasn't resolved. Here are some screen shots :

Please I m really blocked because of this, I'd really like to resolve this problem very soon.

try uninstalling office using the fixit tool which you can access from the below link,

after the uninstall is successful, please try installing office in clean boot,

to get to clean boot, in case you don't know how, follow the below steps:

1. Press the windows key + r
2. type msconfig.exe
3. System configuration pops up, select the button : SELECTIVE STARTUP
4. Uncheck both check buttons,
5. Click Apply then say YES to the restart Prompt,
6. After rebooting you are in the Clean Boot Mode and install your office

To go back to the normal startup,

1.Press windows key + r

2.msconfig.exe, system config pops ups

3.select NORMAL STARTUP button and say YES to restart prompt,

4. You're back to your normal mode

Usually, the specified error occurs when there are traces of a corrupt Office installation files still present on the computer.

Let's once again manually delete the Office installation files from your computer following instructions mentioned in the article below, then try re-installing it and verify the result.

IMPORTANT : Ensure to back up complete registry following steps mentioned in the article below as manual uninstallation involves in deleting the registry entries.

If issue still persists, try the following steps to enable the local administrator account on Windows and check if you are able to install the Office suite on the Local Administrator account.

Follow the steps to enable the Local Administrator on Windows:

a) Press the Windows key to get into the Metro interface if you are not already there.

b) Enter cmd and right-click on the Command Prompt result that should appear.

This opens a list of options at the bottom. Select Run as administrator there.

c) Accept the UAC prompt

d) Enter the following command to enable the hidden administrator account:

net user administrator /active:yes

e) If you ever want to disable the account follow the same instructions, but run the following command instead:net user administrator /active:no****Note: You should consider setting a password to improve account security.

Once you have enabled the account, you will see it listed in the User accounts in Control Panel. Restart the computer and log in to the local Administrator account and try installing the Office suite.

I have tried all the steps listed above and I am still getting the error screen when trying to install Office Standard 2016
