Did you try another AC outlet and can you try at a friends house? Are you plugging into the wall or using a power strip?
If you have this issue in multiple locations, this is not normal and you should return your SP8 and repurchase. Do NOT exchange.

Hello,
I have just purchased the Surface pro 8 and when I plugged it in to charge all the side vibrate and feel very strange. When I unplug it, it goes away.
Could you please tell me what is happening and can this be fixed

Hello, I did try another AC outlet as well as plugged into the wall. I also tried another Power adapter that I bought from Harvey Norman thinking it was the charger but it still did it with the new one.
Kind regards
Maria
If this was an official Microsoft adapter that you purchased from Harvey Norman, di you try both adapters at a friends house (anywhere outside the neighborhood where you normally use your Surface). If you still have this issue at another location, you should return your SP8 for full refund and repurchase. (You might want to take your Surface and both adapters to Harvey Norman and see if you have this issue in their store.)
