Hi Karnati,
I can understand the inconvenience caused to you and I appreciate your efforts towards resolving the issue. Let me help you with this.
.NET Framework 4.5 is enabled by default in Windows 8. Windows 8 does not include .NET 3.5 by default, but the files for .NET 3.5 are available on the Windows 8 installation media as an optional feature.
Let's try this:
Method 1:
Follow the steps to turn Windows features on or off:
- Press Windows + W key on the keyboard.
- Type Windows Features in the search option and click Settings.
- Click on Turn Windows Features on or off.
- Uncheck .NET Framework Advanced Services and restart the computer.
- After the computer is restarted, you may go to the same location and turn it ON.
- Make sure that you restart the computer again.
If the issue persists follow the next method 2.
Method 2:
Use the.NET Framework Setup Verification Tool User's Guide by Aaron Stebner's to verify which version is not installed correctly of .NET Framework.
Follow the next method.
Method 3:
I would suggest you to go through the article to enable.NET framework. Here is the link for your reference.
