    Hi,

As the posts above mention, the problem is with your drivers.  BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) crashes are commonly caused by bad drivers (manufacturer's code) and incorrectly blamed on the operating system.  With Windows 7 being new i'm willing to bet that your manufacturer doesn't have fully working drivers.

Unfortunatly when this is the case there is little Microsoft can do as the problem is with the vendor's code.  I suggest you beat down on their support lines (send them your crash information) and tell them that you are getting crashes as a result of their hardware and drivers - they should open the relevent support tickets for you.

I understand this is frustrating but as said, this isn't a Windows 7 problem - it's a video card driver problem...

    Best Regards,

    Jon

Yea i updated bios and all the games update.. All vents are clear and its not hot at all. It seems like it only crashes when I use a certain weapon in the game. . otherwise it works fine until I switch to that weapon and crashes almost immediately...hmm

    Alanme123,

What all drivers did you update?  Did you look into a BIOS update?  If your chipset drivers are up to date and your video and audio updates are current, then there are a couple things to try.

Make sure the system is not getting too hot.  Clean all vents and make sure the fans are running properly and there is good airflow.

Create a new user profile and test.

Also make sure you have the game updates current.  It appeared from their website there is a patch 1.7.

    Hi Alanme123,

Thank you for visiting Windows  7 community.

Looks like there is a problem with the display drivers.

Make sure you have the latest chipset drivers installed along with the latest BIOS.

I also suggest you to download and install the latest drivers.
