Hi, good day! I'm Nals and I'll be happy to assist you today.

Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.

Click on the View tab and select Show hidden devices.

Look for any Bluetooth-related devices under the Bluetooth or Other devices category.

If you see your Intel Bluetooth device listed but greyed out, right-click on it and select Enable.

    Additionally, check for Windows updates

Press Windows key + I to open Settings.

Go to Windows Update and click on Check for updates.

Windows might detect the missing driver and automatically download and install it.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, feel free to let me know. I'm here to help!

    Regards,

    Nals
