Hi Henry, I am Sumit, an Independent Advisor and a 3 year Windows Insider MVP here to help. Windows 10 is based on Windows as a service where the OS is continually refined with monthly updates and biannual feature updates(adding new features to the OS) Microsoft has hence said, Windows 10 would be the last version of Windows which would get feature updates. As of now, there would be no Windows 11. The next feature update to Windows is called Windows 10 version 2004 expected in April-May 2020.

No, it's not true. Microsoft has said there will never be  a Windows 11. Future version of WIndows will still be called Windows 10.
