How to configure router firewall to allow Windows Defender to update virus definition?

I am using hardware based firewall, and I can access its configuration. Some computers were restricted from accessing internet. I would like to configure my firewall to allow Windows Defender in these computers to update virus definitions.

In my router firewall, which URLs, IP addresses, and ports number should I set to allow Windows Defenders to download virus definitions updates? Beside this, is there any other things need to be done?

Windows 10 version 1607 and 1703. My firewall is Fortigate 60E.
