hello we have a bunch of users with exchange online (plan 1) license in o365
we are upgrading to business premiums licenses.
can i just uncheck the old license and check the new one and save changes .
Will that cause any issues?
Yes, but you want to make sure all the features are enabled on the Premium, esp Exchange Online.
So, uncheck the license you want to remove, then on the new one ensure all the features are checked, then hit Save.
Can i change the following license to Business premium without any service interruptions?
As long as you ensure the required features are enabled when you apply the premium and remove the other, it should be ok/.
Test with one account and ensure Exchange Online remains enabled and the mailbox is there.
