Azure VPN Clinet connection failing

I am getting the below errors when connecting to the Azure VPN Client.

Dialing VPN connection xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, Status = Connecting to VPN server failed with exception: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

I was able to connect to it until this Monday. And suddenly disconnected from the VPN and I am not able to connect to it now.
