No Appointments shown in for my AZ-900

Hello team,

I took my AZ-900 Exam on the 10th of January and I didn't pass, I received from my voucher a second chance and can retake it.
Although I received the receipt from Pearson VUE I cannot see the exam on the Micorsoft Certification Dashboard on the Appointment section.
In this case, I would like to reschedule the date (it is on February 6th 2022) and I cannot find it to reschedule it.

I know that this topic was already mentioned sometimes but I'm not finding an answer to it.
