TEAMS account

Question

Hello,

We have bought TEAMS account Microsoft 365 Business Basic, but we are not able to Sign-in. We used xxxx@Stuff .com for purchase details of Teams. Here is the Invoice Number: E0400H76BE. We need help with sign-in, because now we only have free account of TEAMS.

now we only have free account of TEAMS.

You can upgrade to the full version of Teams if you meet the following requirements:

• You are the person who signed up for the existing Teams free subscription.
• If you are bringing your own domain, it isn't already associated with Azure Active Directory (via trial or purchased Microsoft 365 or Office 365 subscription).

When you meet the above requirement, please follow these article's step to upgrade the client.
