I am unable to view my certificate

I have completed my Programming in C# certification a year ago, Now I am unable to view my certificates. When I click on the certificates option in my dashboard a blank screen appears.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
