Download certification PDF copy.

Hi Team,
I have completed my azure solution architect expert certification in Sept 2021 however I am unable to download the pdf version.
I am getting below error 

"Sorry, we could not find your certification profile. Please Contact Support."

Please help

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
