Cant login to my microsoft account

Question

I cannot log on to my outlook account for work. I am an NHS worker and this is extremely important for my job. Please help me or call me on <xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

any error message? It would be helpful to get the content of the error message if there is one (without any personal information).

Outlook.com (hotmail) is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Outlook.com actively monitors questions in dedicated forums here.

If an account access problem then also try resetting via the account recovery form
