Selecting and resizing multiple photos in word

Hello.

I am hoping that there may be a workaround for my issue...

I am having to put together reports in word which include multiple photos, sometimes as many as 40 or more.

Up until now, I have had to revise each photo individually (I have two photos side by side across A4).

I have read some advice on resizing multiple photos at once, but to do this I would have to change each photo individually to wrap as top and bottom, which doesn't really save me any time.

I am dragging photos from a folder into the word document. Any chance there is a faster way of setting a size to apply to all photos?

I am working on a Mac.

Many thanks

Chris.

    Hello C S,

Hope you are doing great and well today.

My name is Arielle Martina, I'd be happy to assist you today.

With regards to your concern above, you can resize multiple images all at once with Kutools for Word. Resize all pictures to same size based on selected one: To resize all images into the same size, you should resize them one by one normally, but, with Kutools for Word's Resize Images feature, you can adjust all pictures with the same size by a selected on.

See Automate the insertion of multiple images into a document, all scaled to the same size (msofficeforums.com). There are solutions there for the insertion with and without captions.
