Can't launch Visual Studio 2019

Hi
I got similar problem as Michael-1562 but cannot answet in this thread:

Visual Studio 2019 - v 16.11.9 just blink after execute and don't apear.
Can anybody help me?

If yes, could you disable them temporarily and try to run VS 2019 as administrator again? Please also try to repair Visual Studio. Besides, the ActivityLog.xml file you shared is not available, could you please share it again?
