Windows 7 Embedded Standard V 4.X

Question

Hi
I am interested by a Windows 7 Standard Embedded Version 4 that has been used on kuka robots as basic OS.
It could be slight different than SP1 cause I tried this one and do not match. I used 32 bit variant, not 64 bit one.
This WES7 V 4.X support VxWorks application used by Kuka .
I have seen posted topics about some versions 5.1 and 6.1 but noone about 4.X
