Your computer can't connect to the remote computer because the web proxy server requires authentication. To allow unauthenticated traffic to an RD Gateway server through your web proxy server, contact your network administrator.

HI Expert!

We have VDI environment running on the production as follow below :

1. 2 RD session host - running Windows 2012 R2
2. 2 RD Connectio Broker
3. RD gateway
4. RD web server
5. Rd Virtualization host
6. RD licensing Server

We have some deployed Application that currently published and installed directly on VDI session host server. The issue came up when accessing Published Apps on the Wyse thin client machine. The RD web page is accessible but upon opening Published apps (Google chrome and adobe reader) it says
"Your computer can't connect to the remote computer because the web proxy server requires authentication. To allow unauthenticated traffic to an RD Gateway server through your web proxy server, contact your network administrator."

My suspicious is there might be probem on the firewall between RD gateway route to cloud Proxy server. as we tested it working on Windows 10 thin client machine when connected to cloud Proxy and Windows 7 thin client is working when connected to On prem proxy server.
