Certification account merge request

I have two Microsoft certification accounts I created with two personal emails (Gmail and Outlook). I have Microsoft certifications in both and would like to merge them. This is because my Partner Centre work account can only Associate with one certification profile, so my organisation can only see half my certifications.
Having looked around the docs, it looks like asking in this public forum is the approved way to make this request, as many others have done....I await a private reply thanks.
