It seems 50 is the default limit on column count in inspect tab. However , I will check with internal team on this as there is no document supporting this statement for column count. There is surely an option to edit the row count limit in debug setting option as stated in the document : Debug settings
But if you have a specific requirement to check all the columns , you can try using sort based on order of the fields and scroll down way to the bottom to see first 50 and last 50 columns.
