Hi,

I was checking the server today and noticed that there is an issue with the backup. This is the issue while checking the event viewer:

The backup operation that started at '‎2022‎-‎02‎-‎01T14:06:42.124000000Z' has failed because the Volume Shadow Copy Service operation to create a shadow copy of the volumes being backed up failed with the following error code '0x8078006B'. Please review the event details for a solution, and then rerun the backup operation once the issue is resolved.

I already tried researching it and tried to enable VSS as well in the services, I also tried assigning a drive letter in the Backup Drive but so far I'm still facing this issue. Also, I checked the backup drive space but I still have 1.8 TB left. I need help regarding this issue. Thank you so much! Do let me know if you require anything and I'll respond as quickly as possible.

    This worked for me:

(scroll down to the: The Crazy Junction Microsoft Fix - I had to delete the Content.IE5 file, which is recreated each time you run Windows Server Backup (for me, at least))
