Merge accounts for certification DA-100

Question

I have registered for a Microsoft DA-100 certification exam. I had used a gmail account to login to my exam profile, but since I am a student, I gave my university email for a student discount as well. Unfortunately, now I can't see my exam appointment on my learning dashboard due to the different email accounts.
If I can't see my exam appointment, I can't login into my exam (on the day of) or reschedule my appointment.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
