MS Bookings app new queue feature

I love the new queue feature in MS Bookings (I'm using via the teams app) I was wondering if there was a way to export the time when the status was changed to extract the statistics
I.e.
Customer a - Waiting 11.30 - Appt. Started 11.40 - Completed 12.00
This would be a great feature to find stats on how long your appointments lasted, how long they waited etc.
