It seems like the slot is just read-only, right? This may happen probably because of taking a SD card out abruptly without safely removing it in Windows settings, but it's okay. Let's do some checks:
- Insert your SD card.
- Run CMD as administrator.
- Type "diskpart".
- Type "list disk".
- Type "select disk" and the number of the SD card in 'list disk'.
- Type "attributes disk clear readonly".
