Win 10 Remote Desktop - Login, use target pc credentials or remote pc credentials?

When i use target PC credentials, error credential did not work... When use remote pc credentials, MS email address and password, i get expired password which is not correct. I know that because i login to my Microsoft account numerous times using the same credentials. When i login to win 10 i use facial recognition, so i don't provide my MS password. Not sure that has anything to do with it. Very frustrating! Please help.
