We have started a trial of a Teams Rooms License, set up the room, assigned the mailbox etc.

All is working except for the ability to dial out our organization. We have a Standard Teams License in the trial but when we try to dial someone outside of our organization we get the error message "With your calling license, you can only call people within your organization. Talk to your IT admin"

I have attached the error message

    Hi @IBN

According to this document, if you are in an environment without Direct Routing or Operator Connect, you would need to buy Domestic or International Calling Plan as well in order to give the room a phone number and make or receive a call from the room.
For more information about how to buy calling plans, please refer to: Calling Plans for Microsoft 365.
