So i have 2 azure accounts . One its working great , but second one i have no idea why its not working .
When i wanna login, i can move around but cant do nothing , under global administrator i found user microsoft office 365 portal and not my name by default like in first one . When i login in MO365 acc i cant find nothing that i can use for change that global administrator. Anyone with similar issue?

Microsoft Office 365 Portal account we see in the screenshot? If it isn't what type of role is this account assigned? Microsoft Office 365 Portal account? Any additional information or screenshots would be greatly appreciated!

I have account with whom i cant do nothing, not even add a user to azure ad , and i cant figure it out , why is that.
Credentials that i have should by default be Global admin or root, but somehow i am not . I can invite users but create new one or edit it , nop .
When i sing-in , yes Microsoft office 365 portal is stated as global admin , but on first acc , my name is under global admin role , and not microsoft office 365 portal .

Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing?
Can you also share a screenshot of your user's role on Azure AD? After you login to the Azure Portal, search for an select Azure Active Directory.
