Azure Database for PostgreSQL is disabled

I created Azure Database for PostgreSQL with a free Azure account.
When I log in about 2 months after creation, the status remains disabled and I cannot connect to the DB.
I'm in trouble because I don't know how to improve it,
Is it because it was left for a while?

    I resolved this issue.
    I notice that A subscription contains this DB is expired.
