Do the reporting urls open from SSRS? Did you check the ssrs logs in ConfigMgr?
SCCM reports shows no items found

Hi, I am @Md. Rubiat Haque ,
I have been facing an issue for 1 months. I have a SCCM server and a separate Database server. SCCM reporting service point role is installed in Database server. SSRS is fully configured in DB. But when I go to view reports from SCCM administration console, reports shows no items found. I checked the proxy configuration and there is no proxy. I checked the permission and It is ok. I also uninstalled SSRS and Reporting Service Point role and reinstalled it but the issue still same. I reboot both servers also. When I select DB server from report console, I got an error. This error means, connectivity issue with DB server but I couldn't found any solution or where I go to troubleshoot. I have not so many knowledge about SCCM. Could you please help me to fix it. It is now become an urgent issue.
Thank you
