There were no dump files created.

The default Windows settings will be modified so that it is easier to detect BSOD.

There are links below to stress test drivers using a Windows tool (Windows Driver Verifier WDV).

The tool will run in the background until there is a BSOD.

After any crash you must turn off the tool to be able to return to the desktop.

When back on the desktop drivers can be modified and tool restarted to find any additional misbehaving drivers.

Plan to run the tool for 48 hours modifying the customized tests.

Then plan an additional 24 hours of monitoring.

If there are no further BSOD that will complete the troubleshooting.

    Please perform the following steps:

    1) Run:

    https://www.tenforums.com/attachments/bsod-crashes-debugging/359059d1644158079-batch-files-use-bsod-debugging-tuneup_plus_log.zip

    2) Read these links on Windows Driver Verifier (WDV):

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5470-enable-disable-driver-verifier-windows-10-a.html
    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/driver-verifier-tracking-down-a-mis-behaving/f5cb4faf-556b-4b6d-95b3-c48669e4c983?auth=1

    3) Learn the methods to turn off WDV in safe mode using the commands: verifier /reset and verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail

    4) Make a new restore point

    5) Start the tool with the 3 customized test settings in the Ten Forums link

    6) If there is no immediate BSOD then run administrative command prompt: verifier /querysettings and post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    7) For any BSOD run V2 and post a share link into the newest post

    8) If there are no significant performance problems or very slow boot then increase the number of customized tests by 3 - 5 / hour up to the number of customized tests in the Microsoft link

    The scannow results were good.

When there is a BSOD please post a new V2.

If there is no BSOD then increase the number of customized test settings.

    Find a replacement driver for:

    rzdev_0c02.sys

When installing drivers make sure that they are from the motherboard or component manufacturer websites so that there are few if any issues related to malware.

Please do not use any third party software for drivers.

    rzdev_0c02 Razer 0c02 Service c:\windows\system32\drivers\rzdev_0c02.sys

Run: Gather_additional_dump_files.bat ─ Click here to go to the BSOD batch repository to download and run this batch file.

After replacing the driver > restart WDV adding 0x00020000 DDI compliance checking

If there are significant performance problems or slow boot then reduce the number of customized tests.

Run for 24 hours and post a new verifier /querysettings

If startup and recovery system failure automatic restart is unchecked it will be easier to detect BSOD.

If you prefer having it checked then use reliability monitor:

Try open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue and share you log files and dump files there.
Run Windows Update and download and install all updates.
    Try update your drivers.
