i originally installed Microsoft authenticator and had linked a bunch of accounts to it via 2FA. it worked fine for months, then i had to get a new device and when i installed authenticator on it and logged in for some reason my linked 2fa accounts werent showing up on the main screen as they usually did.i tried logging into my accounts that i had linked with it and as normal they said please enter code on your authenticator app, The authenticator didnt popup and allert me as it had used to, so i manually opened it up and tried again, .......nothing. ive reinstalled, didnt work, I was told i probably had to wait 30days for security purposes before i could use any 2fa accounts created before the installation on the new device, ....ive waited that 30days 3x consecutively now. ive tried to contact support, ......(DOESN'T EXIST). WTF. Instead they either try to make you purchase 365 to get on phone with support, or you can chat on web with support, only thing is, is that they connect you to people specialized in microsoft windows. Nobody had a clue about authenticator app, they never even used it. usually they just keep posting a link that takes me to the community aka (other mad customers), NOT employees. Could someone please help me out with this? i would be extremely grateful. ive been locked out of all my accounts because of this since late october.

MICROSOFT: please fix this issue and dedicate people with authenticator training to your support team, because this situation im dealing with right now just AINT RIGHT.
