MS Access still in taskbar after quit when moving the Access file to another folder

I've built an app with forms and reports that uses an SQL Server in the backend.

It works just fine in the folder where I work on it. When I move it to another folder on the same computer/drive etc. the problems start. I open one of the forms or reports then when I close the app, Access remains in the taskbar. If I don't open anything, it closes normally.

I know it has to do with the code because if I delete all the code of the form I open, the problem disappears. The questions is, why does it work in the 'development' folder?

    Hi,

It sounds like your database works as long as it is in a trusted folder, not outside.
If that's the case then it is due to a bug in the Office build 14827.20158 that is discussed in several threads here and hundreds everywhere else.

As of today you can try to go to File - Account and choose to Update Now as there is a new build out 14827.20192 that should fix the bug. Please report back if it does the trick for you as we need more feedback that it works.
