Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

@wdmsbd, I don't see anything currently listed on Azure Health that might contribute to this. I'm checking availability. Is there a specific VM size that you are looking for?

Hello, @wdmsbd!

Update:
We have received reports of capacity limitations in Asia Southeast and recommend creating resources in neighboring regions like Asia East if you are able to do so. Thank you very much for your reports!

What is Microsoft doing to avoid capacity issues in the future?
Ensuring capacity for our customers is a top priority for Microsoft and we are working around the clock to deliver on this. The increasing demand for Azure services is evidence of the popularity of Azure, and emphasizes the need to scale up our infrastructure even more rapidly. With that in mind, we are expediting expansion and are improving our resource deployment process to respond to this strong customer demand. We have identified several improvements on how we load-balance under a high resource usage situation, and how to trigger the timely deployment of needed resources. Furthermore, we are increasing our capacity significantly – and will continue to plan for strong customer demand across all of our regions. This September 2021 blog post covers improvements towards delivering a resilient cloud supply chain.

@wdmsbd, can you provide a screenshot or quote from the error you get when you try to provision a VM? That will help me understand what you are running into so we can troubleshoot this.

@NickPagatpatan-0684, I'm seeing a different set of VMs than you are seeing for SE Asia. I'll look into this some more.

Hello, @DanielYee-7314!

While not specifically the Southeast Asia region, the sticky addresses capacity issues in all regions that have been affected and the accompanying blog describes what steps are being taken:
