SCOM 2019 - Groups - Dynamic member formula empty

Greetings,
I have created a new group and specified a dynamic inclusion rule. When the group has been created and I open its properties, the query formula does not exist. So I pressed the Create\Edit rules button and recreated it. When I click Apply, the formula appears. However when I close and open the Group, the formula disappears again.
Am I missing something?
Thanks
David Z

    1) SCOM 2019 has only just been installed. It is monitoring only 10 servers. The initial database size is hundreds of Gigs.
    2) OM is at the latest CU
    3) I am a full administrator

    Other interesting things of note:
I launch the new group wizard
I enter a name and proceed to the dynamic members bit
    I press create/edit rules
    I insert an expression
I click the property drop down and its empty - no idea why
I delete the expression I just inserted
I then press the add button next to the Windows Computer class and this time the property dropdown shows a list of properties
I delete what I just added and go back to inserting an expression - now the property dropdown is populated????
When I try to use the netbios name criteria it fails as explained above

    Hi,

I have tested in my lab with NetBIOS, however, unfortunately, the issue cannot be reproducted. If possible, we may try to find out the UI group name and look into the unsealed management pack to see if there is any clue.

    Got the answer.
When I went into the create rule I first added an OR group then added two expressions.
What you have to do instead is click the ADD button next to Windows computers which will automatically insert and AND group then right click and switch that to OR then add the two expressions and then it works.
    Strange but true.
