Error after "Organization Configuration Transfer" option

Question

Hi. I set up a hybrid configuration. Everything works.

Now I want to reconfigure the setup with the "Organization Configuration Transfer" option

I got error: HCW8110

Log:

The account on the on-premise has all rights, domain administrator, schemes, enterprises.

What's you Exchange server and CU version? Please make sure you have met the Prerequisites for hybrid deployment

Also ensure that you have purchased an Exchange Online plan when carrying out the HCW. Just like this thread discussed:
Hybrid Config wizard issue - Command not recognized. Please verify you have the correct management role assigned to your account.
