Not able to access my certificaate

I saw this email today which came to my inbox on 1/18.

Dear Candidate,

You were identified as having violated Microsoft’s exam rules by bypassing PearsonVUE’s secure online proctoring protocols, which is a serious security violation. As a result, Microsoft has placed a restriction on your ability to register for and schedule Microsoft exams. This ban will remain in place for 2 years at which time you can appeal to have it lifted. Pearson VUE cannot help you lift a restriction without Microsoft's permission.

I am shocked, I am not able to understand why I got this email after 2 months of my exam, I did not violate any rules.
I saw my certification has been revoked, there is some misunderstanding, I run a system check also before taking the exam and did not violate anything.
I have one Windows laptop which is owned by a client I work for and they have their own security on it, the same I used.
Please remove this ban and issue my certificate.
Please let me know if something requires from my end.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
