Windows 10 Pro
Android phone app

My Aneroid phone died and I lost the photos (not backed up on Goggle). The phone was linked to Windows and I can see the pictures on the PC but the phone is dead(off line) so I cannot save the pictures.

Where are the photos located in the C drive so I can retrieve them.

Thanks

when you can see them on your PC, how can you not know where they are?
in the properties of a file you can see the path.

The images are displayed in the "Your Phone" app on the PC. The are no "Properties" for the image. The dead phone will not connect via Wi-Fi (that is what failed in the phone). If I select a picture, the "SaveAs" is greyed out. The images must be somewhere in the file structure of the PC since they wer lost in the phone.

SO, where are the JPGs stored in the system directory on the Win10 PC?

no response. I will close this out. I will not delete the dead phone from "Your Phone" app since somewhere on my computer are the synch'd photos. I'll continue to explore and post back if I ever find them
