About Certificate Templates and Autoenrollment service

The question is about Windows Server 2019 , Certification Authority Server Role, users and computers receiving automatically user and computer certificates without any action from the user of the computer.
I have done the configuration via Group policy and wanted to ask :
Do the default Certificate Templates ( User, Computer) work with certificate autoenrollment or do i have to duplicate and issue different templates for that purpose?
If the default templates do not work , can someone explain why?
