    Hi Zadee C,

The problem seems to have fixed itself, after turning my computer off and on quite a few times, I am now able to log in.

Thank you for your quick response, I will keep this info for future reference.

    Regards

    Raylene

Hi there! My name is, Zadee. I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. Sorry to hear about your experience. I'll try my best to help you today.

    Try this:

    1. Windows + R
    2. Type: cmd <Press SHIFT + CTRL + ENTER>
    3. Type this in the cmd prompt:

    rd /s /q C:$Recycle.bin

    1. Restart your computer

If that does not work, try SFC scan.

    1. Windows + R
    2. Type: cmd <Press SHIFT + CTRL + ENTER>
    3. Type this in the cmd prompt:

    sfc /scannow <Press Enter>

    1. Restart the device

If still the same, restore to using restore point.

    1. Windows + R
    2. Type: rstrui <Enter>
    3. Choose oldest restore point
    4. Click Next
    5. Finish

Hope that helps. Let me know how that goes. Thanks!
