merhaba. azure 30 günlük ücretsiz 200$ trial a kayıt olmaya çalıştım. ama "Azure ücretsiz hesabı için uygun değilsiniz" hatası veriyor. kullandığım kredi kartını daha önceden hiç kullanmamaıştım. nasıl bu sorunu çözeceğiz
